Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Kill Devil Hills

About who needs care: Have many health conditions but at this point we just want an extra set of eyes on her and would like someone to help encourage her and help her eat her dinners that are already prepared at her facility. We go for lunches but there are only two of us (myself and my mom) who are caring for her and can not make it to every meal. She has recently had a disconnect between knowing she should eat and actually taking a bite or a drink of a Boost. So we need someone who is willing to ask her what she wants from the options at the facility, then cut her food appropriately, encourage her to take bites (because she forgets), and encourage her to keep eating and if she is struggling with solid food we have Boosts always on hand as a supplement. About the care needs: We would love someone who is caring and patient and has experience with the elderly community. She struggles to speak and understand so patience is very key here and being flexible to sometimes offer options and figure out what works because her dietary preferences change daily (its tough getting older and your taste buds changing). Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
