About the job
Dad is in need of someone who can help him with daily housekeeping chores. This would include, kitchen cleaning, sweeping, mopping as necessary, dusting, bathroom cleaning, laundry. Our caregiver would make sure dad is drinking enough fluids, & eating. Chores would include grocery shopping, picking up medication, & reading to my dad because he's legally blind. Dad will need regular reminders to elevate his legs & change positions to keep pressure sores away. He is in a wheelchair most of the time. Sports are his hobby. Also Dad enjoys music & sense of humor. He likes people who joke with him & are kind, Trustworthy & loyal. Experience with the elderly. Dad has a very sweet cat & he loves people. We need someone who likes cats & who can take care of his needs too.
