About the job
My father has Parkinson's disease and looking to add someone to our care giving team. It would be assisting in the evenings with the bedtime routine - help getting dressed, toileting, transfers to bed/bathroom, companionship and possible assisting with dinner. Some nights he is able to walk with walker, some nights will need wheel chair assistance. Must be experienced in transfers, and able to anticipate needs. Looking for 2-3 nights a week (6:30-8:30) and possibly other times as needed. If available for some occasional weekend shifts, from 9am-3 p.m. or 10am-2 p. m, it will be an added bonus.
