Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Horse Shoe

My mother's caregiver is leaving us after a year and a half. My mom is in her 90s. She has arthritis and dementia. She uses a walker. The dementia affects short-term memory. Her cognitive skills are fine, although immature. I would like someone to help get her up, do stretches, get moving, make her meals, and prepare her medication. She is more self-sufficient now than she was, and she is able to shower and dress on her own. I would prefer 2 hours in the morning, Monday-Friday. The times can be flexible.
