Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Hickory

Seeking hands-on care near Hickory for my mother in her 80s. She does have slight dementia. Assistance with medication is needed, her meds are all in a battery operated dispenser that beeps twice a day to remind her to dump them out and take them. She forgets to take them approximately 2 times a week. She is suppose to use a cane or walker however she forgets. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from hair appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
