Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

We need a hands-on care provider and she Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s, she is small, about 115lbs. My father is in the home, he just needs help given that Mom is a falling hazard. She walks with a walker and needs a 'shadow' to make sure she doesn't fall. Patience, willingness to engage with music, games, helping her complete house chores (she wants to be active, she likes to rinse plates and load the dishwasher -- but someone needs to be by her side or she will fall), taking short walks, getting ready for bed (changing, toothbrushing) -- Looking for a caring and compassionate companion.
