About who needs care: Dementia patient; needs help going to the restroom, dressing, bathing. She can feed herself but cannot fix her own food. Likes to play kids board games, watch tv, listen to music, have nails painted, plant flowers in pots. She likes to get up, take her meds, listen to music or watch music videos, play games, eat lunch, play more games or talk. Maybe watch a movie or play on her tablet. She also has exercises we do with her to help keep her mobile. If its bath day, she takes those after breakfast. She takes meds at night and is usually ready for bed. She needs help getting in the bed. About the care needs: She likes people who are upbeat and happy. She needs to be stimulated by someone who will spend time with her and make things do positive. She battles with depression. She needs help going to the restroom. She cannot clean herself. She likes to play games (trouble board game, etc) Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
