Memory problems. Cooking, driving in a car for transportation due to client being unable to get up into an SUV. Reminiscing and talking about her past. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
