Transportation Care Needed For My Wife In Fayetteville

I'm looking for help with transportation for my wife in her 40s. She is currently battling cancer and goes to see her oncologist. My wife can drive short distances but she tires easily so cannot drive long distance. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from Duke appointments (usually take place on Mondays) which take most of the day due to the travel time from Fayetteville to Durham. Prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker. For now, my wife is able to take care of herself and only needs help with Duke appointments but in the future she may need more help depending on how her condition progresses.
