Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents In Farmville

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 70s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
