Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Concord

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. She is in late-stage and needs assistance with everything. Must be able and comfortable with a Hoyer lift and to be able to roll a 170lb person. Personal care required, including feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My mother lives with my family, and my father (91) is also here, but requires no help.
