Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Concord

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My mother lives with my family, and my father (91) is also here, but requires no help.
