Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Charlotte

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. My elderly mother lives with my mother & I in our home. She has dementia and is in need of help with acts of daily living such as dressing & bathing. We are looking for someone who is also able to provide some socialization ie engaging her in a chat on her brief daily walk or while she has a meal. Please be advised, we do have 2 social dogs (1 small, 1 medium). Also, one of us is generally at home unless running errands. While I do prepare her meals, having someone engage her in conversation while she eats would be ideal.
