Big, blended, fun Mint Hill family looking for some extra hands with mother and Down Syndrome brother. We are an outgoing family that is in need of some extra trusted hands around the house as my mother and brother are aging. After a few medical scares, we want to make sure we have the help they need while we are still working. We would like someone that will become a part of our family and integrate well with everyone. We love big and want to bring someone in that cares for our family members as we would. Bringing someone into our home that is flexible, adaptable, and patient is important to us. SCHEDULE Tentative start date as soon as possible Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00-2:00 p.m. Weekends as needed when family is traveling and other family members aren't available. REQUIREMENTS High School education 3+ years of experience Comfortable with dogs Long-term commitment Job history and references CNA or HHA certified CPR certified. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide attentive and loving care Ensure safety and well-being of family members at all times Prepare meals Perform light housekeeping (dishes, cleaning up things used while in home) Communicate effectively Medicine administration.
