Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

Seeking hands-on care near for my mother in her 70s. She recently had elbow surgery and needs help with going to the bathroom, management and preparing meals. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Help needed with bathing and personal care. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
