Intermittent Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother With Alzheimer's In Charlotte

I need a hands-on care provider experienced with Alzheimer's/Dementia for my mother in her 80's in south Charlotte. Assistance with meal prep, walking, dressing, and using the bathroom/hygiene is needed. Minimal light housekeeping. MUST be comfortable around dogs (there are 5 total but 4 of them will be separated from my mother at all times - she has a small lap dog that stays in her room). Her dog will need to be let outside to potty. Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is an absolute must. If you do not have a reference(s) for that type of care please do not apply. Caregiver must be patient, well-mannered, and have a pleasant attitude and demeanor - sense of humor is a bonus. Need help one fixed day a week (10ish-6ish) and 12-hour weekend (Sat/Sun) shifts (10am-10pm) one to two weekends a month.
