About who needs care: Dx: young onset Alzheimers, 63years old. Recent injury to spine causing difficulty walking and standing; therefore he is in a wheelchair and transfers via hoyer lift to hospital bed for changing briefs. Very sweet demeanor overall! About the care needs: Compassion, patience, active engagement with my husband. Specialized skills: experience working with people with dementia/Alzheimers as well as experience changing adult briefs independently Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
