Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Charlotte

I need a hands-on care provider for my independent grandmother in her 90s. She uses a walker, and has a team of caring individuals that helps her each day. She has been diagnosed with heart failure so we are looking for someone who has experience with cardiac patients. She plays music every Friday with her recorder group friends and is still involved in her church. Up until her heart failure she was the pianist at her church. She has age related cognitive impairment. Assistance with medication is needed. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing, and assisting with feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Looking for a patient, caring, and detailed individual to join her care team and help her quality of life.
