Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Charlotte

About who needs care: My mom is on hospice and has declined rapidly. She is bed bound and needing assistance with continence care. Her current caregiver helps with meals, wound care and company but cannot do bowel and continence care. Hospice is able to help some but Im worried she will need additional help when I have to go back home so Im am trying to look into hiring a caregiver to help with gaps. About the care needs: I think patience and kindness is the most important. My mom was a nurse and can be a little bossy about her care because of that but she just wants to be listened to. She has lost her independence pretty suddenly so she is still processing her decline. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
