Seeking Fill-in Senior Care Provider In Charlotte

I need 1 to 3 experienced caregivers to call on an as-needed basis to fill in when my current caregivers are not available. The hours on those days are usually flexible. The care is for my husband with Alzheimer's disease who's on hospice at home. He is mostly bedbound with urinary and fecal incontinence, so we need someone to change disposable briefs and bed pads and wash reusable bed pads and bedding. Also prepare simple meals for him and clean up dishes and take out trash. We need someone who is calm, relaxed, and patient. He is sweet, funny, gentle, and typically cooperative but can be resistant and need gentle coaxing and time to turn over, change clothes, etc. must be a non smoker and like animals. We have a large golden doodle and 2 cats.
