About who needs care: dad has dementia (nonviolent) and needs someone to watch him and help him use the bathroom 2-3x per night and put him back to sleep if he tries to wander. he can pee on his own but has mobility issues and is a fairly big guy so needs a strong hand or someone with good technique to get the job done. bathroom is right next to his bed. About the care needs: personality should be very kind and patient, but very confident. people with nursing backgrounds would be ideal or someone trained in rehabilitative PT or similar. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
