Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Chapel Hill

About who needs care: My mom needs company when my dad is away or working at home. She has memory issues, should not go for walks alone, nor cook, etc. She still reads a little, likes to converse, maybe go for a drive, go to get coffee, groceries. She spends a lot of time in front of tv due to back pain. Frequently, we just need someone to do household chores, laundry, errands, etc for both my parents. May need overnight company for her if Dad travels w/children or grandchildren. We already have one person helping four part-time days. About the care needs: Looking for someone to enjoy conversing and sharing their own world travels, academic interests. Both parents are aging in place and transplants from west coast. Retired from medical careers. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
