We are seeking responsible, top notch people who live in the Black Mountain/Asheville area who are willing to be ON CALL for shifts. We have a lovely team of Care Providers who sometimes need back up. We are looking to build an On Call group who would earn more than the standard rate to fill in once in a while, as needed. Applicants living farther than 20 minutes from Black Mountain will not be considered. Shifts include hands-on care for myself, I am in my late 70s. Responsibilities include light mobility assistance, toileting, bathing, and meal prep. Some light housekeeping, transportation and errands may arise, as needed. The household is non-smoking, has a large garden, a small dog and a cat. References required.
