About the job
Phil has pulmonary fibrosis and is currently in the hospital with an infection but is coming home and his disease will progress. He will need oxygen and a walker/rollator, as well as wheelchair use. He will have good days and bad. We are hoping to form a long-term relationship with an amazing caregiver to be there for days when he only needs someone to sit with as well as days when he needs assistance with all the activities of daily living. Phil loves cars and sports and loves to chat. About the care needs: We need someone with experience in mobility and familiar with aging adults. He will need hygiene help (we have a shower chair). and help dressing, transportation to appointments and light meal prep. We have one well behaved dog who has never met a human who isn't a friend.
