Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Asheville

About who needs care: She has rheumatoid arthritis. Her main hobby is card making and other small crafts. She is an avid reader. Her husband died in April and she misses him greatly. She can't drive; hasn't in 5 years. Her husband drove her. She needs some socialization, help with household tasks that are physically hard for her, and transportation to/from doctor visits or PT that friends cannot take her to. About the care needs: Good sense of humor, thoughtful, creative thinker. Any help with grief "counseling". Detail oriented to take notes while at the Doctor for a visit. Be willing to cook simple meals. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
