I need a care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation(breakfast only). Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Emptying a Foley catheter. I am with care partners home hospice care due to a deep spinal infection, not contagious. All medical supplies are provided through Care Partners. Use a hoyer lift with a sling to transfer to bathroom and wheelchair. Also take 5 days a month for a respite stay at Care Partners Hospice Solace Center.
