About the job
Hi, a little background about us: My father and I are natives of Asheville, my mother is from France. My father is turning 81 next month and suffers from dementia, my mother is turning 75 and has had MS for 30 years. I have a recently disabled husband and 3 young children to care for, but live close to my parents and help them almost daily. My parents just recently downsized from my father's childhood home to a smaller condo and he is having a lot of trouble adjusting. I am looking for someone to essentially just keep him company and make sure he gets a meal during your shift. He loves to take walks, chit chat, and eat lunch out (not allowed alcohol). Looking forward to finding a kind and patient person to help out my dad.
