In Home Care Giver Or CNA

Seeking in home help for my father who has dementia. He's 6'0", 180lbs, and is bed bound. He is incontinent of bowel and bladder. He can help turn himself a little bit with changing and is able to feed himself once food is set up. We are looking for someone that can change him, get him set up for meals, and help with his linen laundry when needed. He is pleasant, not aggressive, and sleeps a lot of the time. We can be flexible a bit on the hours but ideally would like 6 hours/day for 3 days per week. He is on hospice and has a hospice CNA that comes in briefly twice per week. Seeking someone with reliable transportation, good references, and who can appreciate a good sense of humor. He's a retired musician and still enjoys a good laugh.
