Seeking an intelligent, patient, kind companion for my wife who requires a unique blend of physiological and emotional caregiving. K is a creative, charming artist, curator, poet, author, yogi. In her mid 60s, now bedridden; spends days streaming series, movies, documentaries; loves telling stories, interviewing people, and being silly with her collection of stuffed animals. Most times warm, compassionate, with contagious laughter! Suffers persistent pain and can be impatient, moody. Diagnosed with conversion disorder (condition in which emotional pain manifests in physical symptoms). Someone with experience in behavioral health care would be ideal as well as CNA, nursing, or special needs experience. Looking for regular, part time, valued contributor to our household.
