Once-a-week Companion And Transportation Help With My One-of-a-kind Mom

My mom and I are searching for weekly help ensuring she can complete errands around town (groceries, Lowe's, doctors) and complete light household chores. About my mom: my mom raised us and ran a zoo (really!) for decades before moving back to WNC to retire. She lives alone and has Type 1 diabetes, a side effect of immunotherapy. Another side effect is persistent brain fog that doctor's believe could be a lasting symptom or early dementia. She does not drive so this once-a-week care is one part companion, a very large part driver, and occasional support with household chores. She's a firecracker and fiercely independent but wants to make sure she can get out and about when she'd like. She has a small dog and a Moluccan cockatoo in her house. She also has a kinkajou and armadillos from the zoo days.
