I need a care provider with experience for my husband who has ALS to help me as I also just had back surgery. We are in our 40s so this was very unexpected but need someone to help with his care on a regular basis. We are pretty flexible. I will train you and have detailed instructions. Most times I will be home during the shift. Our care needs are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding via PEG tube, Heavy Lifting via helping him up from sitting and bathroom. Meal Preparation and blending, doing stretching PT exercises, helping him with his breathing exercises and machines. Assistance with bathing twice a week. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Help a little with our small yorkies (dogs under 10lbs) to walk them and play with them.
