About who needs care: Back surgery currently in skilled nursing/rehab will be discharged to home. Needs help with morning dressing, shower and occasional meal prep, etc. will need transportation services to doctors appointments. Will occasionally need someone there while Im out for appointments etc. About the care needs: Help with transferring to shower and shower assistance and will need assistance with walker. Good personality and will get along with most people. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
