Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Corvallis

I need senior care provider with experience for my mom who lives with her husband. Both are in their 80s. My stepdad needs a break and my mom needs companionship. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship and possibly help with grooming (will need to work up to that). Experience with managing medication is required (no injections) and early to mid-stage dementia. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for someone to provide companionship.
