About who needs care: Parkinson's with some Lewy-body dementia. Cannot do a lot of hobbies he used to do. Watches a lot of TV. He used to like to play chess but don't know mentally if he can do that anymore. About the care needs: Someone who might be able to see if he can play chess again. He has a lot of freezing with his Parkinson's disease and it his hard for him at times to get up from a sitting position. Some times needs help with dressing. He does at times have delusions or hallucinations. He is still mobile and goes to the bathroom by himself and showers by himself at this time. He used to love to play golf and fly fish but can not longer do these activities. He tries to listen to books on tape but usually falls asleep. He sleeps a lot during the day. Need meds given to him at certain times. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
