About who needs care: I've been diagnosed by the Department of Veterans Affairs with PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, tinnitus, migraine headaches, hearing loss and sleep apnea. My rating is 100% and I have a "housebound" status. I also live alone and would like some assistance with day-to-day tasks like cleaning, cooking and grocery shopping. Health and wellness visits that include weekly blood pressure readings would also be appreciated. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
