About who needs care: he has very poor mobility, Polio as a child, and most recently requiring a w/c. He is Alert and Oriented but forgetful; seems to be declining mentally. He repeats himself and lives alone. Has a housekeeper 2x per week to clean and prepare meals and food prep. is needing assistance getting meals, help getting dressed and assistance getting to the walk in tub. He is too weak to drive. He also would like a companion and needs supv at night A live in companion would be great or around the clock supervision. He has neighbors drop in and likes to watch the news About the care needs: A strong person physically, as he is a tall man and needs help with transfers. Someone who is a good listener as he has many stories to tell. He loves to talk about politics. He had a radio station in California years ago. He misses his wife a lot.
