About who needs care: Dementia for both of my parents, mom has advanced stage. Dad is pretty self-sufficient. My father's hobby is coins, casino. My mom's is word and cross-word puzzles, car riding. Main tasks will be cleaning and maintaining their used places in home, laundry as needed, (usually once a week), breakfast, late lunch, caring for parent's pet Shih Tzu, walks in neighborhood and near by park. Hours about 10 - 4 M-F. About the care needs: Patient with the elderly, even tempered, attention to detail, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, caring personality, friendly, able to administer pill meds, neat & clean. My parents don't need major care, just some basic things. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
