I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother (uses a walker) in her 90s for 2 weeks each month. I live in Florida and would be here to care for her the other 2 weeks each month. She lives with my brother (learning disabled, but can care for himself and some of her care). She needs minimal assistance in the mornings (few hours for bathroom, medication, light breakfast, occasional bathing) and in the evening (dinner prep, medication, put to bed with Purewick system). Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing, meal preparation, medication, bathroom, and bed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Approximate hours 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. morning and 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. evening. Can be split between two caregivers but would require 12 - 14 continuous days of care while I am in Florida.
