Live-in Home Care Needed

About who needs care: Condition of the gentleman is recovering from stroke. Partial blindness. Progressively able to feed self and wheelchair bound. Receiving PT for mobility, however will need assistance. Looking for 2 in home providers. Some medical knowledge. One person needs to be able to live in and the other work a 8AM-5 p.m. shift 5-7 days a week. About the care needs: Medical experience and credentials, LPN or RN preferred. Caring. Dependable, Trustworthy, and Attentive. Can heavy lift, has experience helping transfer patient with mobility issues. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
