About who needs care: She has an infection in her hip, and is unable to stand properly on her own. This makes daily tasks nearly impossible for her, and leaving her unable to drive. I'm also worried that she isnt recieving the proper medical care, as the one who lives with her refuses to bring her to appointments, nor to the emergency room if she falls. She loves gardening, but she hasn't been able to travel around her yard. She also likes creating jewelry and knitting pot holders, but she doesn't like to sit still for as long as she has been.
