Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Warrenton

About who needs care: We are seeking hired help for our father, age 86, unable to transfer from bed to wheelchair/wheelchair to toilet on his own. Needs assistance, sometimes lifted. Help with taking medications on time too. Help with some meal prep and assist at at meal time, to watch for choke, as needed. Help bathing/showering and getting dressed. Currently in senior center, wants to come home on hospice care, but they are not there to assist 24/7. He has early stage dementia, but knows who we are, just forgetful. Also has lung cancer, severe COPD, frequent UTI infections. Will request condom catheter from hospice when the time comes, he uses a urinal bottle right now, on his own. He loves to talk old classic cars, fishing, hunting and mechanics. Can provide a bedroom for sleeping/live in aid. About the care needs: Hobbies or interests in classic cars, fishing, camping, hunting, travel, bird watching, animals, cats and mechanics (fixing things) would be helpful in creating short conversations. He does have 2 house cats, no dogs. Skills needed: able to lift or help him navigate from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet, etc. He currently weighs 120 lbs. Likes old fashioned country music only. Not a church member, raised Catholic and does believe in God. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
