I need a companion care provider experience for myself in my 70s. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. I have had several health set backs in 2024 & want to get my energy back as well as endurance. I was in pretty good shape until 2024 . I need help with motivation, consistency, & healthy meals at home. I just restarted my strength training.
