About who needs care: Mom has congestive heart failure and dementia. She's a retired minister and was an excellent seamstress. She's always been very creative. She likes watching old westerns and loves her cat almost as much as me. About the care needs: Someone that is not too perky. Mom hates being congratulated for doing mundane things. That being said, a positive attitude is important. She likes to talk about what's going on with her aid. For example, she had one in hospice that had chickens and mom loved to hear about the chickens. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
