The Floater is scheduled for intermittent visits throughout the St Louis North, Central and South City and Counties. The Floater ensures that each client's needs are met with the highest level of care. This role is essential for providing coverage when regular staff are unavailable or when new, unassigned cases arise. Floater Schedule 1: Available Monday - Friday, and on call every other weekend, 7am - 7pm Floater Schedule 2: Available 4 Weekends a month, 7 am - 7pm Floater Schedule 3: Available 2 Weekends a month, 7am - 7pm CNA/Caregiver Pay and Perks Matching 401K PTO Weekly Pay Client Mileage Reimbursement if applies $250 Referral Bonus Supportive Staff Quarterly Achiever's Award Program Education Assistance Program, (L1MA and Insulin Certification) Incentives for flexibility and last minute assistance And a wide range of supplemental benefit options including, but not limited to: Life Insurance Short Term/Long Term Disability Accidental Death and Dismemberment Responsibilities: Assist the client with personal hygiene such is bathing, care of skin, mouth and hair. Instruct client and family in meeting client's personal hygiene needs Provide physical assistance in client transfer, positioning and ambulation as outlined in the client care plan. Assist client with prescribed non-skilled exercises which the client, family, and in-home care aide have been taught by appropriate professional personnel. Change client bed linen as needed, light laundry and housekeeping. Clear client's path of clutter or client's room to provide for maximum client safety. Prepare a light meal if visit during mealtime. Assist in cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment in proper condition. Assist the recipient with ordinarily self-administered medications (open bottles, get water). Client transportation and errands if indicated in the Care Plan. Apply non-prescription topical ointments/lotions to unbroken skin at the recipient's direction. Assist with any Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) not previously listed and within the scope of service and licensure. Working Environment: Works in clients homes and travels in the designated counties to and from the client's homes as needed.
