Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother & Father

Seeking hands-on care for my mother and father in their 70s. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and Christian. My father needs rides to and from dialysis. My mother needs companionship. My mother has dementia. My father has disability walking at the moment (it could improve overtime with PT and OT) and needs help getting to the car and into dialysis.
