About who needs care: Some underlying conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, end-stage renal failure on dialysis, and type 1 diabetes. Will need help getting to and from dialysis three times weekly. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
