About who needs care: Hello all, My mother is 57 and has been diagnosed with Alzheimers 2 years ago. Today she is struggling with incontinence, sequencing dressing tasks, and managing lunch time meals. My mother currently lives with my father who is doing his best but is in need of respite and management of household tasks. They have been doing pretty well through the past few years but my mom Mary is changing. Would you like to help us manage her bathing and dressing routines and a few meals throughout the week? About the care needs: I am looking for someone energetic and understanding to my moms need. She is not young by any means but struggles with word finding and processing. She needs someone patient. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
