Part Time Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Saint Louis

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s, for approximately 4 hours/day, M-F. Most of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing, dressing, and mobility. We're looking for some help preparing meals, , and encouraging exercise. Preferences for a caregiver who is a Christian and non-smoker.
