Help needed for myself in my 60s - seeking care after lumbar spine surgery. I am having two lumbar surgeries July 23 and 29th. Just turned 65 and have been teaching a gentle style of yoga for the last 15 years! Kind of shocked that I need these two surgeries. I live with my oldest daughter who owns a dog that we both take care of. My married daughter lives nearby with her husband and their two little daughters. The daughter I live with works from home and I do not want to disrupt her working. The ideal match will meet the requirements below: What I am looking for is someone after the surgeries 4 hours a day Mon.-Fri. Anticipating needing help showering, getting dressed, maybe taking a walk, help preparing lunch and some cleaning up. * Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
