The Floaters must be willing to travel to preferably all three locations and be willing to work 4 to 12 hour shifts. Facility Floater Job Summary: The position of the CNA/Caregiver Facility Floater is to provide caring assistance with personal hygiene care, light meal prep, light housekeeping, changing bed linens and light laundry. Medication reminders and providing a safe and healthy environment is necessary. The Floater is to be available to cover vacant shifts or for a non-assigned new clients. The Facility Floater schedules are floor shifts provided in the clients home according to the client's care plan. The Facility Floater must be willing to work in the assisted living homes with pets if necessary and have a valid driver's license, personal, reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
